The Spokane Collaborative’s leadership team, the CCT, is excited to launch a proposal process for its member partners. Partners must have a signed Spokane Collaborative MOU and be in compliance with MOU member requirements to be eligible to submit a proposal. A total of $100,000 has been allocated for these proposals. Partners can apply for funding amounts between $2,500–$20,000. Other amounts will be considered for joint proposals with multiple MOU’d partners.

Earlier this year, the Spokane Collaborative voted to approve Guiding Principles and a Proposal Process to guide the selection of proposed projects. Those documents, along with the 2019 Proposal Rubric, can be found here.

Partners who are interested should submit a completed Letter of Intent Form by Friday, June 28, to [email protected].

The CCT will review the LOI submissions based on the Guiding Principles, and invite selected partners to submit full proposals. The anticipated timeline:

  • LOIs due Friday, June 28

  • CCT reviews LOIs in July

  • Full proposals due at the end of August

  • CCT reviews full proposals in September

  • Funding decisions announced in October

Update 07/19/19
The CCT review the LOIs received by the deadline, and have contacted partners with their decisions. Partners who were selected to complete a Full Proposal should submit by Friday, Aug. 30 to [email protected].
