The initial draft of the Midpoint Assessment Report (MPA) developed on behalf of the Health Care Authority, has been released. Big thanks to the BHT partners who participated!

The midpoint assessment (MPA) is a requirement of the State’s agreement with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and included in the special terms and conditions (STCs). The purpose of the assessment is to:

  1. examine and confirm demonstrated compliance with the STCs and approved protocols, and

  2. assess implementation progress to determine a recommendation for project continuation, modification, corrective action, or discontinuation.

This report outlines the midpoint assessment methodology, summarizes statewide discoveries, ACH-specific evidence and findings, and documents regional experiences.
