A giant “woohoo!” for our Hospitals in the region.

A new study from the US Department of Health & Human Services (HSS) announces it’s finding that hospital readmission rates have fallen sharply since the passing of the Affordable Care Act. Between April 2010 and May 2015, HSS estimates approximately 565,000 readmissions were prevented!

This is great news. Let’s keep it going with better connections to the support services that exist in the community. Read all about it on the HSS Blog
