Better Health Together in partnership with the Spokane Regional Health District (SRHD) is holding these virtual spaces to share tools for healing and hear from community members on what resources would best support mental health during this time.

While we look forward to hearing community voice during these sessions, you may join to listen only if you'd like.

  • Data share by SRHD: Understanding who is disproportionately affected by COVID-19

  • Tools for healing with LaKesha Kimbrough

  • Open forum: What community resources would support your family's mental health?
