Moving Meditation with Danielle Cannon

In this series we will focus on using breath, movement and mindful awareness to support a relaxed state of mind. Available for participants of all levels and ages. Give yourself the mental gift of calmness to support you through these trying and overwhelming times. 50 minute session.

About the Instructor: Danielle Cannon began working in the behavioral health field in 1998. She has vast experience in working with youth in the behavioral health, juvenile justice and child welfare systems as a therapist, mentor, trainer and administrator. She is a licensed clinical social worker in Idaho and Washington as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and Reiki I and II practitioner. Her passion for body and breath awareness as a part of a successful clinical practice has won her many accolades by colleagues and administrators alike.
