Enrollment in a Qualified Health Plan is limited to the yearly Open Enrollment period (Nov-Jan) or during a Special Enrollment Period.
Enrollment in Washington Apple Health (Medicaid) is open year-round.

Our Navigator Network
The Navigator Network launched in 2013 with the audacious goal of enrolling 10,000 participants in qualified healthcare plans. Within the first two years, the Network dramatically exceeded this number, enrolling more than 100,000 participants. Because of this work, more than 95% of our Eastern Washington region now has health insurance coverage.
Our Network is comprised of approximately 120 Navigators across 20 organizations in Eastern Washington.
We have reached different population segments such as un/underinsured individuals, those experiencing homelessness, and the region’s diverse racial/ethnic populations.
We serve residents living in:
- Adams
- Ferry
- Lincoln
- Pend Oreille
- Spokane
- Stevens
- Reservation of the Kalispell Tribe of Indians
- Reservation of the Spokane Tribe of Indians
- Reservation of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation
