Connect2Coordinator Training

We understand turnover happens sometimes in organizations, and training new staff on complex systems while handling your normal workload can be stressful! Our hope is to reduce that burden for our contracted partners.  

To help you train up any new staff you have in the future, BHT will be hosting monthly training for newly hired CBWs/Managers on our client management system (Connect2Coordinator or C2).  

All training will be held at BHT’s office at 157 S Howard St. We are located up a secure elevator, so we will send you all the details when you register! Training will be from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (time is estimated) and lunch will be served.  Zoom options available upon request. 

If you have new staff, you would like to register for classes at any point this year, please submit the following information to your BHT Program Manager for your newly hired workforce by the registration due date listed for each month.

 Please provide the following: 

• First and last name 

• Email information 

• Role: CBW or Supervisor, etc.
