Across the country, this year’s Open Enrollment period unfolded during a time of shifting insurance costs, plan changes, and ongoing uncertainty for many individuals and families. Premium adjustments and evolving benefit structures left many community members with questions about what coverage meant for them and their households.

Focus on education

With national conversations about rising premiums and plan changes creating confusion, we knew reminders weren’t enough. Our outreach needed to prioritize education.

Through our “Let’s Map Out Your Health Plan Together” campaign, we shifted from simply promoting enrollment to helping people understand their options.

This included:

  • Breaking down plan changes in plain language

  • Answering common questions about costs and coverage

  • Directing people to free, one-on-one Navigator support

  • Making scheduling assistance simple and accessible

Across social media, digital outreach, and printed materials, we focused on clear, trustworthy information, ensuring community members had local support during a time of uncertainty.

The Impact

During this year’s Open Enrollment period, our outreach efforts translated into meaningful community impact. Through coordinated messaging, expanded access points, and trusted partnerships, we connected more individuals and families to the coverage and support they need.
