Hadda has over 18 years of experience in various roles in post-secondary education. Her work focused on addressing barriers to enrollment for high school and college students and centering student success of the most underserved communities. Before Better Health Together, Hadda served as the Dean of Global Education and Strategic partnerships, providing leadership in the development, integration, and promotion of campus internationalization. As a multilingual, global citizen who has worked and lived internationally, Hadda’s personal and professional experiences have been fueled by her owns trials and triumphs and countless stories of people who continue to be unfairly met with systemic barriers. She is the proud graduate of both the University of Paris-Est’s undergraduate program in Accounting & Finance and the University of Louisiana at Monroe graduate program in Mass Communication/Public Relations. When not working, she spends time traveling for fun and soccer with her husband and boys.
