Lucille brings a strong background in direct service work and a deep understanding of how health intersects with every part of a person’s life. She believes access to comprehensive, equitable care can be a powerful tool for change—helping people build stability and thrive. At BHT, Lucille supports efforts that strengthen partnerships and improve how systems connect, especially through her work with the HUB. She’s passionate about building a community where every person has access to the tools and resources they need—because no one organization can do it alone. Though she’s from many places, Lucille has made the Northwest home. She’s proud to be part of a team committed to collaboration, equity, and community-led solutions.
