Rachel provides strategic and administrative support to executives and consultants, with a focus on racial and social equity initiatives. Her passion for DEI work emerged while supporting the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer and leading multiple affinity groups at Nike, Inc. With over a decade of experience in business strategy, process implementation, and communications, Rachel has worked closely with C-suite leaders across finance, strategy, and HR. Rachel is passionate about helping her team work efficiently and effectively to better serve the community. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her two clever, kind, and funny kids. She graduated cum laude from the University of Washington, Seattle, with a dual degree in Statistics and Mathematics, and is a certified member of the International Coaching Federation.
