Adell was born in Los Angeles and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She moved back to Compton, CA, with her mother until they relocated to Spokane in 1992 for their jobs. She was a trainer and technical designer in the corporate world for 20+ years, allowing her to train overseas. Adell earned a degree in Organizational Management from Whitworth University. She is also a LiveStrong Coach at the YMCA, helping cancer survivors learn to live healthy and enjoy their wellness. She enjoys performing in the theater, both on stage and behind the scenes, and enjoys spending time with her mom, husband, and friends.
