The Health Benefit Exchange has announced a second Special Enrollment Period, from August 17-September 30.
Eligibility:

Currently uninsured -or- will lose health insurance coverage before September 30, 2020

Lost health insurance coverage during COVID-19 public health emergency (starting on March 1, 2020)
Once individuals are approved to enroll in a Qualified Health Plan, they will have 60 days to select a plan.
