Thank you to all the organizations who took the time to fill out the MTP Capacity Assessment!

BHT is using the information to make recommendations for future region-wide technical support and tools. And we will also use the data to aid in completing the semi-annual, state-level reporting to the Health Care Authority (HCA).

Collaboratives can use the summary to inform the Partnering Provider and Collaborative Transformation Plans. If you have a specific request for data that was not included in the summary, please contact Hadley Morrow at hadley@betterhealthtogether.org to see if we have data available.
