Based on what we’ve heard from you, we’re moving the BH Forum call to every other week. We want to this space to be useful and also respectful of your time. That means no meeting on April 29. We will resume next week with a biweekly cadence. Updated calendar invitations have been sent.

  • Provider Updates page – we’ve updated the Provider Updates section on the BHT COVID Resource Center. If you are looking for a quick reference on what changes and services other organizations have during this time, as well as how to contact for clients services, check out this page. If you have updates to share, please send to me. 

  • How to Conduct a 30-minute Tele-visit webinar – Thurs, April 30, 8:00-8:30am, register here. BHT is teaming up with the AIMS Center for this webinar focused on skills to structure a 30 minute tele-visit during COVID-19. 

  • BHI Survey – The HCA is partnering with the Behavioral Health Institute (BHI) to provide training resources around telehealth. They’ve asked us to share this survey to help them identify emergent needs and long term training needs post-COVID. Please take if you have a moment.

  • Capacity Ask – We want to understand who in our BH system has capacity and how we can connect others to you. If your organization has capacity, please let us know and the best way for partners to get in touch. Email sarah@betterhealthtogether.org

  • HCA Loaner Laptops – details & application to request laptops available here

    • Please note, if you completed the initial interest survey, this does not count as an application. I clarified with HCA today that they would not be specifically reaching out to folks who completed the survey. So please complete the application at the link above if you need tech for your staff.

  • BHT Staff Care & Support series – Thanks for your feedback on this last week! BHT is teaming up with the local experts and the UW AIMS Center to bring you webinars focused on wellbeing and how to adapt in the current work environment. These are optional and free to any interested staff.

  • National Council of Non-Profits “Federal COVID-19 Legislation” webinar recording, to help non-profits understand what various provisions of the new federal laws mean for nonprofits

  • Updated supervision policies & procedures for remote supervision should be sent to HCADBHRBHCOVID19@hca.wa.gov. You can send questions to that inbox, or ask on the weekly DBHR call Q&A.

  • Weekly virtual parent/caregiver support group offered by HCA - FLYER. Please feel free to share widely with clients & staff.
