BHT appoints leadership for expanded ACH Councils
/Planning Medicaid Demonstration Projects for our region is going to require some serious time and commitment to collaboration from many community partners. It is also going to require A LOT of meeting. We are happy to share the BHT Board has appointed Co-Chairs for some expanded ACH Councils, which will spearhead some of the planning and design work we'll need to do before we submit our fill project templates in September.
ACH LEADERSHIP COUNCIL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
Facilitate Leadership Council meetings ensure open communication and alignment between Leadership Council and additional task forces.

Pam Tietz, Spokane Housing Authority (BHT Board)
Jac Davies, Northwest Rural Health Network
OPIOID TASK FORCE
Charged with developing our project proposal for the required Opioid Response Project
Co-Chairs:
Torney Smith, Spokane Regional Health District (BHT Board)
Dr. Matt Layton, WSU College of Medicine (Leadership Council Member)
TRIBAL LEADERS PARTNER COUNCIL
Acknowledging special partnering relationship between Tribes and the ACH, this group will serve as a forum for updates and alignment of collaboration efforts specific to tribes, and help design process for alignment with required Tribal Engagement & Communication Policy

Alison Boyd-Ball, The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (BHT Board)
Jessica Pakootas, Kalispel Tribe of Indians (BHT Board)
PATHFINDER COMMUNITY COUNCIL:
Helps to oversee Hub, establish quality measures, and facilitate community connections
Lynn Kimball, Aging and Long term Care of Eastern WA (Board)
TBD (ACH Leadership Council Member)
Additional task forces will launch later this spring to develop project plans for the required Bi-Directional Integration and Workforce Development projects. We are currently awaiting more information from Health Care Authority on these projects before launching these groups.
