BHT Board Retreat

The BHT Board of Directors kicked off the year with a great retreat in January. We launched by asking each Board Member to tell a story about a time when they worked on a health challenge with others, and felt proud of what was accomplished. It was a wonderful grounding exercise.

The Board used this time to explore and refine BHT's governance and engagement structure, deep dive into the projects outlined in the Medicaid Transformation Toolkit, and strategize on how potential repeal and/or replacement of the Affordable Care Act could impact our work.
