  1. Watch the recorded livestream Parts 1 & 2. You can follow along with the meeting materials.

  2. Complete the Benny & Scarlett activity with your Transformation team.

    • Activity starts at 1:50:40 on livestream Part 2

    • Work with your team to complete this activity, following along with the handouts.

    • Use the Collaborative Care Lab handout to record your work.

  3. Complete the Table Top Questions with your team.

  4. When you’ve completed 1-3, fill out the evaluation.
