Network Analysis Survey is Here!

Many of you took part in our network mapping from 2017, where were actually mapped our health system for the first time ever. It gave us some really cool data about the organizations and relationships that make up the Better Health Together region of Adams, Lincoln, Spokane, Ferry, Pend Oreille and Stevens Counties. The map identified 62 silos exist between organizations that are impacting health in this region. These silos often lead to gaps and unnecessary duplication of services for the people navigating them. We are working with the Spokane Regional Health District’s Data Center to launch another round of network mapping to see what has changed in the last two years, and to gather more cool data to inform opportunities for collaboration. Would you please help us?

We would love for you to add your unique knowledge about how your organization fits into our regional health system by responding to our survey. Your response will automatically enter you into a drawing to win $1,000 for your organization! 

Responding to this survey should take around 30-45 minutes. Your responses will be confidential. The survey will close on August 10, 2019. Your responses to this survey will help us better understand:

• What the regional health system looks like now and how it’s changed since 2017.

• How organizations are already working with one another in the health system and how these relationships could be improved.

• How to improve care coordination throughout our region.

Don’t think you’re part of the health system? Think again! Better Health Together is an Accountable Community of Health – a collaborative community-driven initiative working across sectors to improve how health and social services are accessed by the people who need them most. Building a healthy region is everyone’s work. If your organization addresses social determinants of health such as housing, transportation, food security, education, employment, income stability, family and social support, community safety, air and water quality, or other factors, policies, and programs that contribute to a person’s ability to live a healthy life, you’re part of our regional health system. We need your help – please respond to the survey!

How does the raffle work? Your response automatically enters your organization into the drawing for $1,000! Five winners will be chosen, for a total of $5,000 awarded. You can opt out. There is no limit to the number of employees who can respond from a single organization. Each response counts as one entry for your organization. Only one response per person, please. You must complete the survey in full to be entered into the drawing. Winners will be contacted via email after the survey closes. All five winners will be announced after they have accepted the $1,000.
