The HCA is asking for feedback on their draft application for our state’s Section 1115 Medicaid demonstration waiver renewal. They will use feedback to refine the application that the HCA will submit to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) this summer. The public comment period is open through June 13, 2022, for anyone to share their feedback.
BHT Board of Directors
Our Board is pleased to support the renewal of the Medicaid 1115 Waiver and is submitting a letter in response to the public comment period.
Community Voices Council (CVC)
Many members of our CVC attended a BHT Board Meeting, where the HCA presented on the renewal of the Medicaid Waiver. Additionally, BHT staff made time to walk through the proposal at the CVC meeting so members could be proactive in giving feedback. The CVC is submitting a letter for the public comment period to share their feedback.
