Healthier Washington Practice Transformation Support Hub

We are so grateful for our many partners who are willing and ready to take on the enormous goal of the Medicaid Transformation Demonstration. For many, if not all of these partners, this also means taking on major changes in the mechanics of running a practice and there is a large need for training and preparation ahead.

One of the primary tools available is the Practice Transformation Support Hub, created by the Health Care Authority specifically with the aim of aiding individual practices in this transition. Their interim report covers the services they offer and the successes those services helped achieve in 2017. According to a survey taken last June 100% of respondents indicated satisfaction with Hub coaching services.
