Way to get it done! All 6 Counties Agree to Mid-Adoption of IMC

In a regional meeting on October 16, all six counties in the Better Health Together region agreed to support mid-adoption of Integrated Managed Care (IMC)! What does this mean for you? Great things! Because our region has selected mid-adoption, the state had made an additional $8.7 million available for our transformation efforts. And because of the importance of this work and the challenges ahead for our partners, the BHT Board has committed 100% of these funds to the providers.

As the Collaboratives begin project implementation planning, each county will be given full discretion to determine the best use of these funds for the individual needs of their providers and beneficiaries. We are excited to move full steam ahead in the transformation and to work with our partners in radically improving the health of our region.
